The next speaker after Donna Fox was a person called Sean Roach. Sean proceeded to show us a video at the start of his presentation. It was a funny song which talks about “his cubicle“.
Sean is a very lively speaker who knows how to engage and build rapport with the audience. He is able to get the energy of the room up. At one point, he was even giving up money to the audience.
Sean starts his presentation by showing his offer up front, telling us that the price will go down if everyone has fun and participate.
Most people don’t get real success because they act lazy, are negative or think they are ignorant.
Keys to Success When Starting Your Own Online Business
- Choose passioniate niche markets
- Stop thinking locally, think globally
- Having a proven system
Strategy 1 - Making Money From Google
Keyword marketing is just like getting into the billboard business.
- Build thightly themed niches.
- Find a lucrative niche.
- Tap into passions (hobbies).
- Use a system.
Strategy 2 - Informational Products
- Don’t search for the ultimate product.
- Look for an easily targetable niche market and find the product they want.
- Sell ONLY one lead product.
- Solve a problem.
- Hottest products include information and software.
- Create ebooks from public domain.
- Alter for your own market.
Sean then promoted his software Rip2It, which can automatically create websites (showing us some made for adsense sites as examples). I’m not too sure how that works but generally I don’t like anything that resembles black hat SEO.
Another thing that he promoted was GotAccess, a social networking site. I didn’t really pay much attention when he was explaining this portion.
Sean Roach did such a good job building rapport with the audience that he must have sold more than 20% of the room on his package. You don’t see this happening all the time.

Beware!
Sean Roach and Rip2It big scam. Does not deliver what he promotes, useless support, devalued sites, average templates with lots of errors for astronomical price.
Hi everyone,
I know the above 3 commenters and have spoken to them all, I have personally bent over backward to help all 3 people and all 3 have not taken the help, they all simply want a refund and have all 3 passed the refund date.
As a business owner it’s very important to make customers happy and that’s what I would like to do and have tried but have been met with much resistance.
As a business owner, we have policies that have to be enforced and unfortunately calls for tough decisions sometimes. We have a refund policy and the first time we stray from it and give someone a refund outside of that policy, then we completely undermined the integrity of the policy.
We sell a software license and have to be strict about the policy, we are sorry that it makes customers angry sometimes but we have to stick to it.
Scam is a very serious accusation and we don’t take it lightly, I personally work very hard to make Rip2it work and work with members on a daily basis, hold live training workshops and spend hours and hours working on training material for the members area.
This program like any other is only as good as the effort put into it and requires you to follow our instructions to a T. If you don’t follow the system, it won’t work. Some efforts are better than others and some don’t follow the system.
If anyone has any questions about our program, feel free to contact me personally.
