The first speaker after lunch was a Canadian called Randy Charach. He’s also a magician and a friend of Jo Han Mok. Not too sure what he will talk about but let’s see…
Randy talks about S.I.N.G., which stands for:
Systems
For everything that needs to happen more than once in your business, create a system for it. It will save you a lot of hassle later on. The more systems you have in place, the less you will work and the more you will make.
It takes a little bit of time and planning to work out your system. Spend sufficient time to find a system that will work for you. That way, you can set and forget.
“If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”
If you do not have systems, you will not even scratch the surface of the potential that you can create.
Marketing = Psychology (what do they want) + Math (the numbers)
Randy next talks about using a two step process to gain new customers. It makes it easier to convert prospects to customers. For example,
Offer people a free membership site -> Entice them to pay a monthly membership for more advanced features
Integratation
Only 20 minutes of a day is spent by top CEOs on income generating activities. The reason why people fail in internet marketing is that they fail to spend time on income generating activies.
It doesn’t even have to be good. It just have to be good enough for you to get started and take action.
Network
“Your networth is based on your network.”
Your network allows you to align yourself with people who have been there and done that. People who are more successful in life are actually quite willing to help you.
Gratitude
Randy Charach truly believes that without gratitude, it might be able to get wealthy. But to get fulfilment, there must be giving back.
Randy Charach ended his “speech” by thanking a person called Jarl Moe for mentoring him when he first started.
